Down By The Bay

A Crisp Taste of Canadian Waters

When pairing two life long friends and ad agency partners, with the cool clear waters of Georgian Bay, Ontario, what you get is a causative creation of exceptional Canadian small batch spirits. What makes the Georgian Bay Spirit Company so uniquely particular is the use of such pure ingredients like the hand-harvested wild juniper from the Thirty Thousand Islands along with what has been described as the purest water reservoir on Earth from the Township of Springwater. Both award-winning spirits, Georgian Bay Gin, the company’s inaugural product, as well as their latest release Georgian Bay Vodka, are favourites among craft spirit enthusiasts across the region.

This past March at the 16th Annual San Francisco World Spirits Competition, considered to be the most influential spirits competition in the world, GBSC’s small-batch gin and vodka each earned big awards including a silver medal, double gold medal, and most notably the Best Vodka title out of more than 1,850 entries.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled that Georgian Bay Vodka was named Best Vodka at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition,” explains GBSC co-founder Denzil Wadds. His friend and business partner, Tim Keenleyside adds, “We believe we’ve captured the spirit of Georgian Bay in this vodka by using only the best ingredients nature has to offer.”

Showcase these exquisite spirits this spring on your own patio while hosting and you are sure to leave your guests with a harmonious taste in their mouths.
